1, Air Hole

There are a lot of gas during the Cast iron water become casting and cooling, which will cause small air pockets to form on the surface of the pot. Because these air holes are sunken inwards, enamel color sprays sometimes cannot cover them. This is normal and will not affect the quality, please rest assured to use.

2, Small Drum

When the viscous enamel stock solution is sprayed onto the surface of the pot, due to the surface tension of the liquid, a small amount of liquid adheres to the surface of the pot in a spherical shape, and the area will form a "drum". It is normal. Like below image.

3, Support Point on the Pot Edge

We also call it frame marks. During the spraying and curing of the enamel, the products are placed on individual stands and manipulated on a rotating platform. Since the product needs to be placed upside down, the contact point between the pot cover and the pot body will inevitably cause dents. Such dents are not quality defects and will not affect the use, which meets the quality requirements

4, Missing Glaze at the Pot Edge

This situation is also caused by the surface tension of the liquid when the liquid and the solid are in contact. Commonly see it on the edge of the pot, the bottom edge and the connection between the handle and the inside wall.

5, Uneven coloring

Enamel spraying is a machine-controlled process. Sometimes there is a physical error between the flying speed of some viscous enamel liquid and the rotation speed of the pot. This results in thicker or less liquid enamel in certain areas. Such a situation cannot be completely avoided in production. Of course, we will try our best to adjust.
