Enamel Cast Iron Casserole
Cast iron casseroles have been a staple in kitchens around the world for generations, and for good reason. These versatile and durable cooking vessels are perfect for slow cooking and braising, allowing flavors to meld together beautifully.
With advancements in manufacturing technology, cast iron casseroles now come in a wide array of shapes, sizes, and coatings to suit every culinary need.
1. From Shape
One of the most popular shapes for cast iron casseroles is the classic round design. This shape allows for even heat distribution, ensuring that your dish cooks evenly from all sides.
We factory also offer oval, square-shaped or unique shape casseroles for those looking for a unique twist on a traditional piece of cookware.

2. From Coatings
There are two main options available for cast iron casseroles: enameled and pre-seasoned coating.
Enameled cast iron casseroles have a smooth, non-stick surface that is easy to clean and resistant to staining. This coating also comes in a variety of colors, making it a stylish addition to any kitchen. When inquiry, only inform us the Pantone card number, we will make the OEM color accordingly.
Pre-seasoned cast iron casseroles, on the other hand, come with a natural, non-toxic seasoning that gets better with each use. This coating provides a unique flavor to your dishes and is perfect for those looking for a more traditional cooking experience.

3. Form Production Process
The production process for cast iron casseroles involves molten iron being poured into a sand mold. This mold is then cooled and removed, leaving behind a solid piece of cast iron in the desired shape. The castings will be selected 100% and then polished twice, then the well prepared castings will be coated and baking under high temperature. Our professional QC department also conduct strict quality control tests to ensure our cast iron casseroles meet high standards of safety and performance as customers' requirements.

4. From Certificate
In addition to quality control measures, we also hold certifications from reputable organizations. These certifications, such as the FDA ,LFGB or SGS,etc., ensure that the cast iron casseroles are safe for use with food and do not contain any harmful substances. By choosing a certified cast iron casserole, you can cook with peace of mind knowing that your cookware meets strict health and safety standards.
