How To Inspect Enamel Cast Iron Cookware?
Enamel is a glass-like coating which is fired on the cast iron pot, similar to a glaze that is painted and fired on pottery. When we inspect and choose enamel cast iron cookware, we will check from the following brief aspects.

1, Visual Inspection
Inspect the surfaces for any pitting, cracks, rust patches or any corrosion visible during inspection to avoid or minimize defective products prior to distribution. Below are some normal problems. Also we pay more attention to and will pick them out during production.
Trachoma
Drum

2, Measurement Inspection
Measure the diameter, length, width, height and weight, measure the coating thickness, the body thickness, the bottom stability, the knob, etc.

3, Equipment Inspection
Measure the cookware whether explosive porcelain or not.
Put the cookware in Oven, measure whether to reach customers' required temperature.,etc.

Also we will inspect the package or other request from customers. If you have your own inspector in China, or you prefer to use the third party to inspect, warmly welcome them to our factory, we will fully cooperate with their work.
