How to use &care cast iron cookware and what should be attention?

Cast iron cookware coating has vegetable oil coating and enamel coating. The heat allows the oil to penetrate into the iron, creating a black patina finish with superior appearance and performance. Last chapter we shared how cast iron cookware produced, so when you know it clearly, the next question will be occurred, how to use and care it and when cooking, what should be attention to avoid broke the cookware? 1, Open pot

--When you first use your cast iron cookware, it needs to open pot firstly.

A, Use warm water to clean the pot;

B, Dry the cookware with sponge or scouring pad

C, Spray cooking oil to the pot edges, inside walls, outside, handles,etc.

D, Keep it for 12 hours, and then use the pot.

2, Using the Pot

A, When cooking, it needs cold oil cold pot, and put low to medium heat powder for cooking.

B, When well cooked, use insulation gloves or towel to take the pot from stove, avoid scald.

C, Dry burning is prohibited, it may broke the pot and coating.

D, When cooking, use wooden or silicone spatula, do not use stainless steel spatula.

E, Do not leave leftover meals in the pot for long time.

3, After use the Pot

A, Be sure to wait for the pan to cool down before cleaning it. When the pot become cooling, use warm water to clean the pot.

B, Use sponge or scouring pad to clean. Do not use steel wool.

C, Dry thoroughly.

D, Spread vegetable oil to everywhere of the pot for maintenance(avoid dust).

E, if meet stubborn stains, can keep 20 minutes in warm water, and then use soap clean.
