The first process of our production is melting the iron at 1000 degrees Celsius, then put the melting iron water into the sand mold. After that we will get our castings. The next step is polishing, it is to make sure the castings surface and handles are smooth. After polishing, we would put the castings into ball blasting machine, it would remove all the sand on casting surface, also make workers easier to pick out the broken castings with big dent, non-flat bottom.

To make sure the cast iron cookware would be non-rust after delivering to customers, we would make vegetable oil or enamel coating for customers.
